About Me
Developer • Traveler • Music Producer
I build engineering cultures with intent. I believe every system is a reflection of the team that shaped it: design an organisation for clarity, autonomy and continuous learning, and the technology will mirror those qualities. I've scaled teams from a handful of engineers to hundreds, guided health-tech platforms and community sites like TravelBlog.org, and delivered systems that balance pragmatism with bold, long-term vision.
When I’m not writing code or shaping the teams behind it, I’m soaking up life in Portland with my wife and our three kids. But the moment our calendars align, we chase horizons: swapping misty forests for coral walls, logging dives, and collecting stories from dozens of countries. Each trip shared on TravelBlog.org. At home, I continue exploration into the realms of sound.
As Xepi, I create synthwave and melodic downtempo electronica from my studio in Portland, OR. My latest releases blend nostalgic synthesizer sounds with modern production techniques, exploring themes of technology, nature, and possible futures.
